On The Day! This passenger information is to help you prepare for your wonderful flight with Sunrise Helicopters. You meet at Balgownie Vineyard Resort and Spa approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled flight departure time. You will have a chance to freshen up before your flight. Your pilot will run through a short safety briefing on how to embark and disembark the helicopter and before you know it the ground begins to slowly fall away. Everything is recognisable but yet everything is different and transformed from above and charged with the thrill of being in a helicopter. Then the excitement of landing. The preparations under the expert guidance of your pilot, the anticipation, a gentle touch down and you are safely back on the ground. The meeting location All passengers are to meet in the Cellar Door area at Balgownie Estate Vineyard Resort and Spa. Cnr Gulf Rd & Melba Hwy Yarra Glen Melways ref: 267 G7. Please check in on time as you may be inconvenienced or you may even jeopardise your flight. All conditions relating to your flight are attached to your booking confirmation. Please ensure all the members of your group are aware of these details. If you do not arrive at the specified venue for the flight, the ticket is forfeited and no refund will be issued. Our weekend flights sell out well in advance. If your flight is cancelled due to bad weather, you may wish to consider a midweek flight which can be generally booked on short notice.
